Why do I only see certain templates?

If your template list looks shorter than expected, your organization Industry category is the most common cause.
Why templates are filtered
TourEstateAI hides templates tagged for the other segment when your account has Real estate or Architecture / AEC set. Templates with no industry tag remain visible to everyone.
Troubleshoot missing templates
Organization >>> Industry category >>> /projects/new
Prerequisites: Signed-in account.
Step 1. Check industry category
Settings → Organization → 📂 Industry category.
Real estate accounts do not see architecture-only templates and vice versa.
Step 2. Try Other to see all
Set Industry category to Other and save.
Return to /projects/new — all active templates should appear.
Step 3. Confirm templates are active
Admin-retired templates never appear — only activeTemplates are listed.
VERIFY IN APP: whether plan tier limits template access.
Key points to consider
Unset industry category behaves like showing all templates (same as Other).
