TourEstateAI Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tour Estate AI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using this Service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such Service.

2. Description of Service

Tour Estate AI provides AI-powered video creation services for real estate professionals and related industries. Our Service allows users to upload property photos and generate professional video walkthroughs using artificial intelligence technology. Optional social publishing features let you connect third-party accounts (such as YouTube, X, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn) to publish content you create.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that violates any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Publish content to connected social accounts that violates the terms or policies of those platforms

5. Connected Social Accounts and Publishing

If you choose to connect Google/YouTube, X (Twitter), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, or other supported platforms:

• You authorize Tour Estate AI to act on your behalf only when you explicitly connect an account and trigger a publish action
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each platform's terms of service, community guidelines, and applicable laws
• You represent that you have the rights and licenses needed to publish videos, images, music, fonts, and other materials included in your content
• We do not guarantee that any third-party platform will accept, display, or maintain your published content
• Platform APIs, rate limits, or policy changes may affect publishing availability without notice
• You may disconnect any connected account at any time from Settings; disconnecting stops future publishing through that account

Tour Estate AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, X, Meta, or LinkedIn. Your use of those services remains subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tour Estate AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Payment Terms

If you purchase a subscription or other paid features, you agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases. You're responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Disclaimer

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms relating to our Service and the use of this Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tour Estate AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service or from publishing to third-party platforms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
