New accounts may see a short onboarding survey at /onboarding before full access to project creation.
What is the onboarding survey?
The onboarding page title is Finish setup. It embeds a Formbricks survey in an iframe titled Onboarding survey. Answers map to your organization profile (industry, company size, company name, how you heard about us).
What the survey covers
Sign up >>> /onboarding >>> Finish setup survey
Prerequisites: Signed-in account with requiresOnboarding true (status DRAFT or FAILED).
Step 1. Land on onboarding
OnboardingGuard redirects you to /onboarding?returnUrl=... when setup is required.
Page heading: Finish setup.
Subtitle: Complete the short survey below. You can return to the app when you're done.
Step 2. Complete the embedded survey
Questions appear inside the Onboarding survey iframe.
Topics include industry category, company size, company name, and account source.
Exact steps and skip options are controlled in Formbricks, not in the app UI.
Step 3. Survey completes
When Formbricks finishes, the app marks onboarding in progress and redirects you.
Key points to consider
There is no Skip button in the TourEstateAI onboarding page UI.
