My password reset link expired or doesn't work

Reset links can fail if the token is missing, already used, or invalid. Request a fresh link from /reset-password.
Why would a reset link fail?
Each reset link includes a one-time token (prt). After a successful reset the token is cleared. Opening /new-password without prt sends you back to /signin.
Fix an expired or broken reset link
Broken link >>> /reset-password >>> New email link
Prerequisites: Access to the email on your TourEstateAI account.
Step 1. Check the URL
A valid link includes ?prt= with a long token string.
If you land on /signin immediately, the token was missing.
Step 2. Read the error on Set New Password
Invalid or expired password reset token means the link cannot be used.
Step 3. Request a new reset
Go to /reset-password.
Enter Email Address and submit Reset Your Password.
Use only the newest email link.
Step 4. Complete reset promptly
Open the new link once, set your password, and click Set New Password.
Key points to consider
Tokens are single-use — a second click on the same link fails after success.
