The help center is available at /{locale}/help for every supported UI language.
Public help pages use the same locale routing as the rest of the site. When admins publish help articles, the system fans out content to all SUPPORTED_LOCALES with translated bodies.

Step 1. Match your UI locale
If your app is in Spanish, open /es/help.
If Japanese, open /ja/help — same pattern for all nine locales.
Step 2. Check for published articles
If no articles are published yet, you see: No help articles published yet. Check back soon.
Published articles appear grouped by category on the help index.
Help content is authored in English first, then auto-translated on publish (blog-series pattern).
