If the password reset email does not arrive, work through deliverability checks before requesting another link.
Reset emails are only sent when the address matches an existing user. Delivery can be delayed by spam filters or a typo in the email field.
Reset Your Password >>> Resend Email >>> Check spam
Prerequisites: You submitted /reset-password with your account email.
Step 1. Confirm the email exists
If you saw A user with this email does not exist on the form, the address is not registered.
Try another email you may have used or sign in with Google.
Step 2. Check spam and promotions
Search for mail from hello@tourestateai.com.
Allow a few minutes for delivery.
Step 3. Resend from the success screen
After a successful request you see Check Your Email.
Click Resend Email to send again.
Step 4. Submit a fresh request
Return to /reset-password and enter your email again if the success screen closed.
Wrong email on the form means no email is sent and you get an error on the form.
