Forgot your password? Request a reset link from the Reset Your Password page using the email on your account.
What is password reset?
Password reset emails a secure link to /new-password?prt={token}. You set a new password there and are signed in automatically.
How to reset your password
Sign In >>> Forgot password? >>> Reset Your Password >>> Email
Prerequisites: You know the email address on your TourEstateAI account.
Step 1. Open the reset page
From /signin click Forgot password? Reset here.
Or go directly to /reset-password.
Step 2. Enter your email
Label: Email Address. Placeholder: Enter your email address.
Click Reset Your Password (page title is also the submit label).
Step 3. Check your email
On success the page shows Check Your Email.
Message: We've sent a link to your email. Click it to reset your password.
Use Resend Email if you need another message.
Step 4. Open the link
The email link opens /new-password?prt={token}.

Key points to consider
If the email is not registered you see: A user with this email does not exist.
