Why didn't I get coins after connecting social media?

Coins may not credit if the platform is disabled, bonus already claimed, OAuth failed, or connection duplicate.

Missing bonus

Check SocialPlatformConfig isEnabled, canAwardBonusForConnection false, or OAuth error on Connect tab.

Connect >>> reconnect | support

Prerequisites: Completed OAuth.

Step 1. Check platform

  • YouTube/TikTok may be disabled in seed config.

  • No +{{amount}} badge means 0 or disabled bonus.

Step 2. Already awarded

  • Bonus once per platform — check Plans transaction history.

Step 3. OAuth issues

  • Authorization was cancelled error.

  • Retry connection flow.
