invoice.payment_failed handler updates subscription. Billing shows Requires Payment Method. Status may become PAST_DUE.

Step 1. Check Billing History
Find RENEWAL with failed status.
Note Requires Action for 3DS.
Step 2. Fix card
Contact bank.
Contact Support to attach new payment method — VERIFY IN APP self-serve update.
Grace period 7 days in Plan entity — VERIFY IN APP user-facing behavior.
Ignoring email from bank — may need to approve recurring charge.
Check decline reason with your bank; contact TourEstateAI support with invoice ID.
