Why can't I manage billing in the Stripe customer portal?

TourEstateAI disables Stripe Customer Portal self-service — manage everything in the app.
Portal disabled
STRIPE_ARCHITECTURE: portal cancellations, plan changes, payment methods, and invoices are all off. Users use Settings Plans and Billing tabs.
Where to manage
Settings >>> Plans + Billing
Prerequisites: Stripe customer linked to account.
Step 1. In-app management
Cancel/reactivate: Plans tab.
Invoices/payment methods: Billing tab.
Upgrades: Plans or /pricing.
