invoice.payment_failed webhook updates status. Grace period default 7 days on Plan entity — VERIFY IN APP enforcement. Coin pack purchases blocked when PAST_DUE.

Step 1. Check status
Plans tab may show Past Due.
Billing History shows Requires Payment Method or Requires Action.
Step 2. Fix payment
Update card via new successful payment flow — VERIFY IN APP add-card UI.
Contact Support if stuck.
Access rules during grace period — VERIFY IN APP evaluateUserSubscriptionAccess.
Ignoring Past Due — generation and coin packs may be restricted.
Update payment method and resolve Past Due; contact support if renewal keeps failing.
