TourEstateAI does not offer automatic refunds for unused subscription time when you cancel.
Refund policy
Cancel modal states No refunds for unused time. Coin pack refunds are manual v1 per STRIPE_ARCHITECTURE.
If charged in error

Prerequisites: Payment issue.
Step 1. Subscription cancel
No prorated refund for remaining days in period.
Step 2. Disputed charges
Contact Support via /contact-us or hello@tourestateai.com.
Provide invoice from Billing History.

Generation failures may refund credits to coin balance automatically — not cash refunds.
