The house will not move. The agent blames everything but marketing. You already shot once. Do you walk—or pitch drone, video, staging, or a creative deal that turns this headache into a longer relationship?
When things are slow and the agent is stubborn but not toxic, an add-on test can reset the story. If they are unreachable, skip the pitch and protect your calendar.
Frame it as help getting the listing off the market: an add-on many clients use on difficult sales, with a dollar amount knocked off to try it here. If it still sits, you tried something new. If it helps, that agent may book you—and the add-on—every time.
One structure: shoot this one free (or heavily discounted), and if it goes under contract within a set window, they hire you for the next several listings at a stated price. Use only when you trust follow-through and the upside is real. It is not for agents who will never credit media.
Strong photos raise inquiries and showings. They do not erase a bad price or a frozen local market. Ask how long it has been listed and whether photos are the only problem before you stake your reputation on a miracle turnaround.
If the agent refuses every modern standard and treats you as the enemy of their expertise, more products will not heal the relationship. Collect, exit, and invest pitch energy in agents who already see value.
• Upsell when slow + agent is open enough to try.
• Discounted drone/video/staging as a ‘stuck listing’ test.
• Conditional free shoot → future paid package if under contract.
• Media helps showings; price and market still decide.
• Skip pitches for clients who will never credit photos.
Turn stuck listings into product conversations—not arguments about two thousand eight. The right add-on pitch buys another booking; the wrong one buys another fight.
Upload property photos and get a polished tour in minutes — no videographer required.
