Check industry category

Settings → Organization → 📂 Industry category.

Real estate accounts do not see architecture-only templates and vice versa.

Try Other to see all

Set Industry category to Other and save.

Return to https://www.Tour Estate AI.com/projects/new — all active templates should appear.
