Reset links can fail if the token is missing, already used, or invalid. Request a fresh link from https://www. Tour Estate AI.

前提条件

Access to the email on your Tour Estate AI account.

ポイント

Tokens are single-use — a second click on the same link fails after success.

Fix an expired or broken reset link

Check the URL

A valid link includes ?prt= with a long token string.

If you land on https://www.tourestateai.com/signin immediately, the token was missing.

Read the error on Set New Password

Invalid or expired password reset token means the link cannot be used.

Request a new reset

Go to https://www.tourestateai.com/reset-password.

Enter Email Address and submit Reset Your Password.

Use only the newest email link.

Complete reset promptly

Open the new link once, set your password, and click Set New Password.
