How do I set when text appears and disappears?

Open your video project in Tour Estate AI.

Navigate to the overlay section in the editing interface.

Click on the text overlay you want to adjust.

Ensure the overlay is highlighted for editing.

Locate the timing settings for the selected overlay.

Set the start time for when the text should appear.

Find the option for the text to disappear.

Set the end time for when the text should fade out.
