Why does my video say failed on the dashboard? from the dashboard Recent Projects or Recent Videos sections.
Dashboard project management
Project card menu: Edit, Rename, Link to property, Archive. Videos: View Project, Regenerate video, Delete. Failed badge on failed videos. Unwatched on unseen completed videos.
Manage on dashboard
Dashboard >>> project/video card menu
Prerequisites: Signed in.
Step 1. Projects
Rename, link property, archive from card menu.
Step 2. Videos
Failed = generation error; Unwatched = not opened yet.
Regenerate video to run again.
