What is the difference between projects and videos on my dashboard?

Projects are in-progress tour setups; videos are finished (or processing/failed) outputs.

Recent Projects = editable tour wizard state. Recent Videos = rendered ProjectVideo rows with status Completed, Processing, Failed.

Resume editing, rename, link property, archive.
Step 2. Videos
Watch, download, share, regenerate, delete.
Statuses: Processing..., Failed, Completed.

Expecting every project to have a video immediately.
